Tutorials!  Every user expect you to have them.  But very few of you like to write them.  You like to spend your time coding, designing or billing people (that's my favorite part, too).  I understand why, you prefer doing what you like or what you're good at.

And there's nothing wrong with that.  So, that's why I'm here for you.  I've written numerous tutorials  in both my career and in my free time, and now I'm here for you to write your tutorials.  References?  I've written every single article on Joomla & More , and wrote a few tutorials of +100 pages for (big) companies.

Depending on your needs, there's three plans you can choose from:

  • the "Joomla! People" plan
  • the "Freeware / Donationware" plan
  • the Premium plan

Each plan is targeted at a specific group of people.  Read below to find out which plan suits you!

Feel free to apply, anyway:  The plans below are guidelines, but I'm flexible.  Feel free to contact me, I'm sure we can work something out.

Joomla! People

If you're offering services or products that are Joomla! related, you can apply for the "Joomla! People" plan.  You're a Joomla! person.  So I like you a bit more than those other, non-Joomla! people.

I'll write your tutorial for you in my free time, on a price we agree on.  This doesn't have to be cold, hard cash. For example, I accept payments in subscriptions or license codes for your products - or a small donation.

This is a "flexible" plan.  The price can be easily negotiated, and will always be fair to both parties.  In some cases, I'll even write the tutorial for free.  I do "freebies" if you meet the following requirements:

  • the tutorial is "short", 1 - 2 pages on average
  • The tutorial can also be posted on Joomla & More or "Joomlareporter"
  • The service or product is affordable or free as in free beer.  Got a component that costs € 99 a piece?  Then you won't mind paying a bit for my services, do you?

Are you a Joomla! person?  Do you want a tutorial?  Then this is the plan for you.

Freeware / Donationware plan

So, you're not a Joomla! person.  But you do offer software for free? That's cool, too!  I wouldn't be burning CD's, mass-converting images, or connecting to my FTP server if it weren't for you.

To show you my appreciation, I'm offering you the same conditions of the "Joomla! People freebies".  I'll write your tutorial for free.  In exchange, you'll give me a pat on the shoulder, and I can feel good about using your free software.  Isn't that a sweet deal?  I thought so!

Are you giving away your code for free?  Then this is the plan for you.

But I only charge a small fee!

If that's the case, I'll cut you some slack.  In general, when you're selling applications for a price <= €20 you can 'order' a tutorial under the same conditions of the Joomla! People.  I will write your tutorial in my free time, for a small price - a donation or a license for your product.  I'm flexible, I really am.  But don't expect the world for, let's say, a license for a €10 application.

Premium plan

So, none of the plans above suit you, but you still want to work with me?  That's cool.  You can still apply for the Premium plan.  Does it sound more exppensive than the other plans?  That's because it is.

Under the Premium Plan, I write the tutorial at a fixed price that's determined by my employer, Analys4IT.  Standard fees will apply.  There's no limit in lenght of the tutorials, but there's a catch:  it won't be cheap.
